Michael Seiger

Michael is an attorney at Beighley, Myrick, Udell, Lynne + Zeichman, P.A., whose practice assists business and individuals in their transactional and intellectual property matters. His practice includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements, as well as advising clients on corporate formation and governance, intellectual property rights and protection (specifically trademarks and copyrights), and regulatory compliance issues. Michael provides legal guidance from launch through growth to succession planning or acquisition.

Prior to joining BMU Law, Michael worked as an associate attorney at a boutique business and intellectual property law firm located in Miami, Florida, where he advised clients across industries including entertainment, technology, music, arts, sports, media, hospitality, fashion, cryptocurrency and blockchain, and startups. Earlier in his career, Michael was an attorney at a general practice law firm in Broward County, Florida, where he worked in areas including real

estate transactions and development, estate planning, and municipal law.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law with cum

laude honors, Michael received awards such as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication and Research and earned Dean’s List honors in multiple semesters. While attending law school, Michael completed internships with another boutique music and entertainment law firm in Miami as well as with the University of Miami Office of Technology Transfer, while also advising new businesses on legal issues in the Start-Up Law Practicum. Michael also served as Vice President of the Insightful Mind Initiative, a student organization that promotes mindfulness and mental well-being within the legal community.

Prior to law school, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with cum laude honors, and worked in the front office of the Miami Marlins as well as with a mass tort law firm in Coral Gables.

In his free time, Michael enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
