Mr. Udell represents clients relating to a vast array of civil litigation involving business disputes, probate, consumer protection and real estate litigation. Mr. Udell is AV Rated.
Mr. Udell is admitted to practice in state and Federal Court in Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 1997 cum laude) and Vanderbilt University (B.A, 1993, Economics, cum laude).
Recently, Mr. Udell represented the seller in a 50-million dollar real estate transaction in an action to recover a real estate brokerage commission by a broker with no written agreement. The Third District Court of Appeal affirmed the lower court’s order granting final summary judgment, finding that the broker was not the procuring cause of the sale of the properties. See Real Cap.
