Nicole “Nikki” Maron

Nicole “Nikki” Maron recently joined the firm from a national recognized AM Law 200 law firm. Nikki is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer whose judgment, strategic thinking, expertise and practical approach are valued by clients and colleagues alike. Clients rely on Nikki’s experience to lead them through complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, divestitures, restructurings, corporate governance, and other corporate matters.

Nikki has represented a diverse clientele and has experience in over 75 merger, acquisition and disposition matters in a number of industries including: government contracting, technology, hospitality, retail, aviation, and healthcare. She advises clients on all aspects of such transactions, including planning, structuring, negotiation and closing.

Nikki has also experience advising clients on the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies, financing transactions, securities law and franchise matters.

Nikki is a graduate of University of Florida, B.A. Psychology, cum laude and Nova Southeaster University Shepard Broad College of Law, J.D., summa cum laude. She lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, Daniel, son, Dylan (5) and twins, Hailey & Madison (2)

Nikki will be Of Counsel and working out of the Pompano Beach office.
