My co-presenter will be my law partner, Tommy Zeichman, Esq., who specializes in Bankruptcy & Reorganization of economically distressed industries and will discuss how to plan and prepare now for the future potential of needing to use the laws to reorganize corporately.  Health care businesses, and treatment programs in particular, have unique needs when considering how to manage their liabilities and cash flow, while also maintaining their licenses and operations. This webinar will address corporate restructuring options, in and out of court, for health care businesses to consider to better position their finances going forward.  After this webinar, the attendee will be able to understand:

  • Recent congressional legislation directed to helping small businesses restructure;
  • Options to manage and modify debt obligations; and
  • Issues related to licenses and operations if a bankruptcy is commenced.

The webinar is scheduled to 30 minutes of presentation with 30 minutes for Q&A at the end.

Looking forward to having you or someone from your organization attend.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

*** Note: While this is a Zoom platform-based webinar, all attendees will be anonymous and not able to see or interact with one another. Only the presenters will be seen and heard. Questions may be posed confidentially to the presenters during the webinar and we will endeavor to do our best to answer all questions.
