Beighley, Myrick, Udell & Lynne partners, Thomas Zeichman (bankruptcy and restructuring) and Jeffrey Lynne (Land Use and Healthcare/Regulatory Compliance), presented a webinar “Restructuring for Health Care Providers: bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options available when faced with a cash crunch.”  The focus was on the unique aspects of healthcare restructuring; however, there is also an overview of recent Congressional Acts, the Small Business Reorganization Act and the CARES Act, which apply to several industries.  Below is the video from the webinar.
