Daniel Platzek is an Associate in the Civil Litigation Practice Group of Beighley, Myrick, Udell, Lynne + Zeichman, P.A.’s Boca Raton office. He represents clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and estate planning.
Mr. Platzek graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in 2004, and shortly thereafter embarked into a career as a firefighter. He then spent over 13 years as a firefighter and paramedic serving his community in fire suppression and emergency medical treatment. He has now taken his real-life problem-solving skills into the legal world.
After graduating from Sheppard Broad School of law at Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Platzek joined a mid-size firm handling complex litigation matters.
Mr. Platzek is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Platzek enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about basketball. He is currently a volunteer basketball coach for three separate youth basketball teams in Palm Beach County.
